Let me tell you a little about myself.

I've been practicing as a therapist for five years and believe that this is what I was born to do. I love working with at risk youth and people navigating through changes and transitions in their lives, while being able to integrate creativity into the healing process.

My life's path has been one with many different twists and turns and I could not be more grateful than to find myself here, living my truth and working with people who need my help!

hobbies and adventures

I think the best part of a Smart Phone is its camera and I'm usually the one who looks like a tourist no matter where I go, although most of my pictures, like this one, don't have people in them.

Some of my favorite things to do include; traveling, taking in live music and the theater, being in nature, hanging out with friends and family, making art and watching hockey!

THE FURBS

You may call them furry children, fur babies, four legged friends or just pets; but, to me, they are "The Furbs" and they are the source of much joy, love and pet hair in my life!

My own process

I discovered Expressive Arts during graduate school and practice Person-Centered Expressive Arts which doesn't require an art degree. It is founded in the understanding that with empathy and compassion, any individual can begin to heal.
