Collaboration with the client is done to devise a personalized counseling plan that aligns with the client's needs, strengths, and values. an Expressive Arts facilitator I may invite you to introduce modalities such as visual arts, creative writing, mindfulness or movement into your process.

I was born just outside of Buffalo, New York and grew up enjoying the nature, history and culture of the area. When I was about five years old I decided I wanted to move to Colorado when I grew up and made the dream a reality at the turn of the new century.
My own soul path has been filled with varied experiences that provided me with so many wonderful opportunities to grow and develop. I frequently process using Expressive Arts as part of my ongoing healing. These days I enjoy a variety of activities that I can share in with my friends, family and three fur babies. At any given time I may be enjoying a hike, taking in the regions' art and culture, catching up on reading or taking a road trip

You will be provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change.
Family counseling services are designed to help families navigate issues related to communication, conflict, and other real life pressures putting strain on the environment. We will partner to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve family dynamics and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support across relationships.
Career counseling services can help you identify your strengths, interests, and values, and develop a plan to achieve your career goals. Guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, interviewing skills, and more will be provided to help you succeed in your chosen field.
Group counseling can be beneficial to individuals seeking a less personalized but equally meaningful approach. Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Often times, we don't know why we feel the way we feel and that's ok. I am here to provide you with the support you need to process those emotions and help you heal.
